some problems this morning even though it's clear outside. we begin our storm coverage with ktvu's alex savidge. >> reporter: good morning. a lot of repair work to do out here. la fayette creek runs underneath this street. it flooded. that's us what caused the roadway to -- that's what caused the roadway to collapse. crews will be using this heavy equipment to execute the sinkhole created yesterday, dig debris out from the creek that overflowed yesterday. it was late in the afternoon on sunday, when the soil eroded and the pavement out here just gave way. utility lines that were impacted, a gas line had to be capped, and suerers created a -- sewers created a bypass.

now, the cause of this collapse was a pipe that diverts creek water. neighbors told us they could hear it go. >> it sounded like a big thud. a big really, heavy -- it shook the ground. it was a big boom. >> reporter: so now the city is working on a long-term fix out here for this area, perhaps they will put in some sop find kind of -- some kind of a rack so they can catch a lot of the debris that tends to run down the creek when they get a heavy rain storm. this repair work will take several months. a new bridge will likely not be built until the spring. and mountain view drive that connects a lot of folks in the neighborhood to downtown la fayette will remain closed. so an inconvenience for people who live in the area. alex savidge, ktvu channel 2 news. >> all right, alex. 7:03. residents in napa still county

still closely watching the napa river. but there's good news -- the river is expected to stay below flood stage. several roads cover a peach orchard and several other vineyards were flooded. >> deer park, silverado, pretty flooded, where the peachtrees are. >> reporter: and st. helena, recorded almost 4 inches of rain in just 24 hours. the flood warning for the russian river has been canceled. forecasters say it will not jump over the banks near guerneville. sonoma county opened an emergency operations center just because of flooding after the daker it passed. 7:03. pg&e expects to restore power today to most of the areas experiencing outages from yesterday's storm. the utility has returned power to another 200 customers in the past two hours. the north bay and east bay

regions now have 625 without power and the east bay, 595 and the south bay, 655, still in the dark. police say a chase started hen they tried to stop a car speeding in san jose. it turns out the suspect, 27- year-old rohilio pena, ran on foot. he was caught and arrested. also, two chp officers are recovering after flipping their cruiser during a high-speed pursuit at the altamont pass. it happened on 580 eastbound. we'll have a report on this at 7:0. big story. just about a half-hour ago, the u.s. supreme court released today's list of cases it will

review in the upcoming term. california's proposition 8 is not on that list. ktvu's brian flores is in san francisco to tell us what that means for same-sex marriage here in california. >> reporter: hi, dave, good morning. it appears for now that opponents of proposition 8 will have to wait until the end of the week for any decision on this from the u.s. supreme court. we were waiting to hear some decision. but it appears the supreme court will at least delay it until about friday, though. the key was whether the prop was gonna be on their cases. now, if that happens, that means the decision won't come until june. this postpones any decision until later this week. come friday morning, we'll be at this to see if the supreme court agrees with the lower court on whether gay marriage is unconstitutional or if they will keep prop 8 as voted on

this time last week. there is a lot of moisture. a lot of that is trending to the north. mostly sunny, partly sunny. patchy, thick fog. 50s and 60s on the temperatures. clouds increase tuesday, rain starts in the north bay. kind of colds up and then makes it for everyone else. it will fall apart as it heads towards mondayty done dash monterey. i would say get ready to bundle up by the weekend. >> thank you, steve. 7:09. as steve mentioned, we are gating a break in the rain. but the bay area is still feeling the effects of the latest series of storms and that includes a marin county school that's closed today. white hill middle school in fairfax suffered significant flooding damage in several classrooms and in the library, the principal also says much of the campus is covered in mud. school officials have not decided when the classes will

this term and still no mention of same-sex marriages. they are going to talk about it again on friday and rae re-- and -- and release another set of records -- orders. the justices have been asking to review proposition 8. now, san francisco city officials were getting ready to perform weddings as early as tomorrow in case the court decided not to take up the proposition 8. a lower court overturned the law and supporters are hoping the supreme court will let that decision stand. >> we're prepared for the crowd that we had in 2004 and 2008. and again, we will just be open and ready for anyone who wants to come and get married. >> reporter: the justices are considering several challenges to a federal law that limits benefits for same-sex couples. these are very cop plex cases and the justices might want more time to talk about --

in japan, at least nine feel are dead, seven others still missing after a portion of a three-mile tunnel collapsed on a major highway. it happened yesterday about 50- mile west of tokyo. investigators say bolts used to secure concrete slabs to the tunnel ceiling were missing. a medical of the coast guard is dead, another -- a member of the coast guard is dead, another hurt. their boat was rammed by another boat with no lights. two were thrown in the water by

the impact. horn suffered traumatic head injuries and died. two suspects were detained. tonight in san jose, the public's invited to a meeting about a search for a new police chief. now, during the meeting city officials will ask for ideas about what qualities should be considered for choosing candidates of the meeting is due to begin at 6:0 at the mayfairer community center. 6:30 at the mayfairer community center. 7:24. and we join tara once again. you are seeing some congestion in the east bay. >> yeah, in some areas where we

santa rosa, so far, almost 13.50. average is 7.43. san francisco, now remember this number, 7.92. that's what's going down in the books. 9.9 -- 7.92. i don't know what's going on in san jose, 3.91. everybody's over but you can find double -- almost triple the amounts in san jose. this is from mike who keeps awesome records in san francisco. i believe him 101%. sunday, 1.36. it's the hardest he's seen it rain. five-day total was 4.59. his seasonal total is 9.42. almost an inch and a half more than what's going down in the books. you can see the discrepancies sometimes in areas that are not that far apart. some people -- i think i would lean on the heavier totals. today is a dry monday. thank goodness we have some fog returning. rain returns to the north bay

on thursday. this system is not as long as the last three. but it will still give us maybe .25 to maybe 1.50. could be 2 the farther north you go. the system out here is tapping into more warm air. we have a good 15, 20 degrees colder. napa, 37, 41 narefield. concord -- fairfield. concord. it's definitely chilly. the trend is your friend. why would you not go with the rain? i am and that will be on tuesday. today, we get the break. mostly sunny, partly cloudy. 50s and 60s. everyone really, really close here on the highs. maybe a tad warmer. just a wee bit.

involved in the crash and they were both riding in the patrol car that flipped over in the middle of the freeway. it happened at 3:00 this morning. both officers are okay. one was treated at the hospital for a minor head injury. the other one was fine and this happened around 3:20 this morning at the altamont pass between the greenville road and north flynn exit. the officers were trying to pull over a drive who had been speeding in the livermore area. that driver refused to stop and lead the -- and led the officers on a chase. that's when the officers lost control of the car and flipped it over. again, in the altamont pass. they say pursuits like this are a necessary part of the job sometimes. >> we're trained to do that. we do the best job we can. in some of these incidents, unfortunate things happen, our officers are thankfully okay. >> reporter: eventually another

chp patrol car was able to stop that speeding car near tracy. the driver and passenger were arrested. the chp is investigating the crash and they are investigating why -- the possible reasons the drive refused to stop in the first place. back to you. a man is in jail after leading police on an overnight high speed chase from san jose to oakland. [ sirens ] >> now, the chp says the driver got on interstate 880 towards oakland, he would not stop for a traffic violation. the chase lasted several miles. he was finally stopped by spike strips on moraga avenue near mountain view cemetery in piedmont. all lanes have re-- have reopened on highway 580 involving a big rig and pedestrian. the chp says the pedestrian was hit and killed around 8:0 last night on westbound 580 near the

hare bore way exit. authorities -- harbor way exit. authorities say the driver is cooperating. the identity of the victim has not been identified. police are looking for the suspects in a deadly home invasion in the south bay. ktvu's janine de la vega is in the north bay where it all happened with more. good morning, janine. >> reporter: good morning. it does appear that somebody is home here at the mansion where this homicide took place earlier this morning, we saw somebody turning the lights on and off. investigators spent the weekend trying to track down leads in finding this suspect. here's the man police are looking for. he's described as white or latino, between 23 to 24 years old, he's around 6'" -- 6 feet tall and skinny with black hair and dark eyes. investigators say that man and several others broke into this

multi-million dollar home. when officers arrived, they found the house was ransackened and the body of a man. his wife was beaten. he's the owner of the historic mountain winery. he also owned -- owned western cell cue lar. it's unknown if they were targeted or if this was a random home of-invasion robbery. home-invasion robbery. police want anyone who might have information about the victim or if anyone recognizes the suspect in that sketch to call them. we're also trying to get police to call us back. we're being told detectives are supposed to be in the office at 8:00. so we're hoping to have answers then. janine de la vega, ktvu channel 2 news. this morning, lawyers for the family of oscar grant will have an appeals court for

permission to sue b.a.r.t. police officers. oscar grant was shot and killed by b.a.r.t. police officer johannes mehserle on the platform of the fruit vail station back on new year aday in 2009. at 9:00, two civil rights lawyers will argue before the 9th sir coit court of appeals that b.a.r.t. police should not get legal immin tu from this lawsuit filed bay the -- ill munty from this lawsuit filed by the the -- immunity from this lawsuit filed by the family of oscar grant. coming up at 7:47, how the kansas city chiefs and their community responded to the jovan belcher tragedy. four people including three firefighters are still in the hospital this morning after a serious accident in other rin da. it happened on -- orinda. it happened on eastbound 24 near wilder road.

it all started when an suv crashed into the center divide. while one of the drivers and three firefighters were standing on the right shoulder, another suv lost control pushing another car into them. they were all rushed to the hospital with major injuries. the weekend storm brought major problems to the south bay and that had actuallity workers and law enforcement working overtime. a man, woman and child were were stuck in their car after flooding on east capital and mantague expressway. crews were busy pumping water out of pumps. many people have started to stock up on sandbags to prepare for the next storm. we're getting a lot of rain. it rained quite hard overnight. you know how storms are, they are very unpredictable. i would say we're in very good condition to tackle the next storm. rain is predicted to hit the

south bay tomorrow night and wednesday. well, tori, heavy rains flooded a mobile home park in vallejo. it happened early yesterday morning at newell's about a mile south of six flags park. a creek that surrounds this mobile home park overflowed. some of the homes in front of that were damaged. there was three feet of water coming down the street. i tried to walk across to check on neighbor. i almost had my feet knocked out from under me. 7:37. concerns over a staffing shortage at san jose's waste water treatment plan will be cubbed today -- will be discussed today. the city says a fourth of its technician positions are vacant. later, the problem will be submitted to the transportation

and environmental committee. we get to talk about the traffic problem now. >> a two-car crash at the hilltop drive northbound onramp. we'll lel will let you know if -- we'll let you know if that impacts traffic. at the bay bridge we still have a lot of gridlock here. we have a stall we want to mention at the treasure island offramp. a blue pickup causing more delay. finally, along the east shore freeway, you can see that really, really congested here. on my maps, it's showing solid red. pretty much past richmond all the -- all wait down here. definitely give yourself some extra time there. mostly sunny, partly cloudy, a little bit of fog and muff, much colder -- much, much

colder. forecast, still going to give us rain. by the weekend, i think we go into a pattern change t will be a colder one and windy one for us with snow in the sierra. first, sun, clouds, patchy fog. the rain totals are incredible. kentfield, between wednesday and sunday, 9.50. yountville, 9.13. danville, 7. blossom hill 5.75. there were over a foot eightals. lompico, 1. 13.50, cazadero. middletown inlake county, 12.25. mt. diablo had 12.75. not too shapby the we need a break. we're getting it today. the next system will give us rain, the heavier amounts will be to the north.

the rain returns on tuesday and it will carry us into wednesday. we'll have to keep an eye on things for the north bay. after that, the pattern changes. thursday and friday look okay. livermore is now 39 degrees. 37 napa. patchy fog, popping up. some of that very thick especially along the heir. you can see the system, it's tapping into lower latitude moisture. it holds a lot more even though it's tracking to the north. our cloud and rain forecast, i think they will be upping the amounts on this in the next 12 hours. tuesday morning, maybe some light rain to the north. no big deal. i think it will be fine on tuesday morning. light rain in the north bay, a little bit starts to move its way south. most of us will have to wait until overnight wednesday. there it is by 6:00 a.m., this will be stronger. i do believe. by noon, it will be gone and then we'll start to see clearing takes place. this is not a big system.

7:56. here's steve. all right, tara. mayor bing, i saw you play at cofelt hall. we have some fog around. it's popping up close to the city, parts of the north bay and east bay. it's colder out there this moring. it will be a mostly sunny day. we have money more time that's going to come in. that will be -- we have one more system that's going to come in. a few mid 60s. thank you, steve. 7:56. a close call for some people in napa county. why the flooding was not as bad as many feared and where the water is still causing problems. >> reporter: remare work will continue later on today here in la fayette after the huge sinkhole opened up.

strong storms battered the entire region since wednesday morning. hundreds of people have no electricity. there are flooding concerns in many areas. let's start first with the stormwatch coverage. alex savidge in la fayette, where the big sinkhole is you've been telling us about since 4:30 this morning. >> reporter: good morning, dave. this sinkhole compromised a number of utility lines and crews had to work very quickly to put fixes in place. workers out here tell me what they are doing right here is pumping waste from one side of the sinkhole to the other side so they can bypass a broken sewer line. this roadway collapsed late yesterday. this is la fayette creek that runs underneath mountain view drive and it flooded because of heavy rain. the problem was the pipe that diverts creek water under the roadway got backed up with

trash and debris that ran off during the storm. several underground lines were damaged, including a gas line that had -- that had to be capped immediately. there was also a 12-inch water main that came close to rupturing. and crews say if that line had gone, things could have been worse. >> if that breaks it, the asphalt is there and then there will be a million gallons of water. >> that was a concern all day long. we were watching it slowly -- closely and prepared to evacuate if need be. >> reporter: mountain view drive will remain closed, for now, an inconvenience for neighbors. the city will be working to install long-term fixes for the flooding problem, perhaps a rack when rains were heavy over the weekend. as we come back out here live. the city manager tells me that crews will be using this heavy

equipment so they can dig debris over the creek and try to make sure this sinkhole is entirely secure before more work continues. coming up at -- mup at -- chp cruiser crashes during a high-speed pursuit in the altamont pass. we have a report own the scene. we will join us shortly to explain how the crash happened and information on the two officers' condition. we will you have information on a high-speed chase that ended in the backyard of a home in campbell overnight. police say it started when they tried to stop a car speeding in san jose. it turns out the suspect, 27-

year-old pe in. a of san jose was driving a stolen car. after pena crashed, they say he ran on foot. police are searching for a man who robbed a shell station overnight on washington. police say the man with a hooded sweatshirt pretended to have a gun and demanded money from the clerk. as we mentioned, the chp cruiser crashes during a high- speed spur suit in the altamont pass. allie rasmus is live to explain how the crash happens and the officers' condition. >> good morning. right now we're on interstate 580. this crash happened around five miles east of us. now, there were two chp officers who were involved in this crash. both of those officers were in

the vehicle you see there that had to be flipped over. both officers are okay. their patrol car -- patrol car flipped during ally speed chase. the chase started around 5:30 between the greenville exit mit misdemeanorle of the -- exited in middle of the pass. that driver refused to stop. the chp sergeant said -- that we talked to this morning said she's just flash flood there were not many cars on the road and that no one was seriously hurt. that's the primary concern that we have is that people are not harmed in these situations and continuing to provide that safety for the public is the -- is the important factor. another car was able to stop that speeding driver near tracy. the driver and passenger were

arrested. the chp is still investigating the crash and also investigating why the driver who led them on the chase refused to stop them in the first place. 8:04. residents in napa county are still closely watching the napa river but there's some good news. the river is expected to stay below flood stage. several feet of water covered a peach orchard, several other road and vineyards were -- roads and vines were -- vineyards were flooded. own one of the areas that received the most -- one of the areas that received the most area, mount st. helena. the flood warning for the russian river has been canceled. forecasters now say it will not jump its banks near guerneville. sonoma county had opened an

emergency operation center. people still have no electricity. but pg&e is hoping to have it back for them soon. about 2,000 people have no electricity. in the east bay, 595, in the south bay, about 565 dangerous -- customers. the north bay, 525 and up in the santa cruz mountains, about 240. we're told the peninsula and san francisco just a handful there. 8:05. we want to economic in with tara who says there is a problem, a hazard in the north bay. >> that's right. we have a downed telephone pole. true -- crews are on the way, it's blocking the roadway. we'll let you know if it impacts traffic. right now we're gonna take a live look at the 880 split. this has really gotten worse. it started off kind of bad and 280 northbound traffic on the bottom portion of your screen.

we were having a nice commute, but it caught up with us here. finally, at the bay bridge toll plaza, you can see that those metering lights are on. we have a wait back to the maze. east shore freeway looking busy. here's steve. put on your thinking caps. i'm gonna throw a lot of rain stats at you here real quickly here. sometimes there's a huge discrepancy. what happens, just a few areas apart. let's take a look here. sunday rain stats, these are from michael polanski, who keeps really good records. 1.36 for sunday, 24-however total. 9.42 for the season. remember that. the official number that goes down in the books at san francisco is the one that goes

down. the weather service uses it. 7.92. our observer, 9.42 and ed walsh says i'm out in the outer sunset and i keep great records, too, 9.36. look at the difference. this is what goes down in the climatology books. these are pretty far apart if you are in the city. just saying. just one guy talking. you can find the same thing down towards san jose. some areas are double, triple the amount coming in. it just depends on location, also enhancement with some of the coastal areas. some of the totals coming in. lompico, 13.50. josh in leightonville up in mendocino county. cazadero, 13. mt. diablo 10 plus and oakland on highway 12. we get a break today. there is a lot of fog starting to pop up. i noticed that. there's not much earlier. we get a break. the next system will give us rain. it's a dry monday but fock has

been forming. mostly sunny, partly sunny. rain returns to the north bay and then it will slide south late tuesday into wednesday. after that, the pattern will change. 40s on the terps -- 40s on the temperatures. a good 15, 20 degrees cooler than we saw from the warm system. look at this. it's tapping into a lot of moisture. i still say that brings us rain. mostly sunny, patchy fog. otherwise high clouds and then forecasted highs, very, very -- i mean, coast, bay, inland, north bay. peninsula, south bay. it won't matter. after wednesday, the bigger news -- we get the rain into wednesday but this is all four systems coming in. a nice day, thursday, friday and then i think we go into a cold pattern with snow in the sierra. >> we're getting a little bit of the rain but the bay area is

still recovering from several powerful storms. that includes a marin county school closed. there's a lot of flood stage in several classrooms and in the -- a lot of flooding in several classrooms. yesterday, there were two power failures. one at 9:15, an electrical failure halted b.a.r.t. service. it also prevented b.a.r.t. from communitying with passengers. so they sent updates via twitter. power was restored an hour later and then a second power outage hit to the same system. it was restored in 15 minutes. b.a.r.t.'s not sure if the storm was the cause. we have complete coverage at ktvu.com on the storm tab. you will find video and ure

he's armed and dangerous. police are looking for suspects in a deadly home invasion in the south bay. janine de la vega is live at the los gatos police department. they have a new sketch that they hope are lead -- to -- they hope will lead to an arrest. we're at the police operations center -- >> reporter: we're at the police operations center. they are meeting at this hour about this case trying to track down leads in the case. let's go to a police sketch. the suspect is which or latino, around 23, 24, he's 6 feet tall, skinny with dark eyes. police say he and others broke into this home on friday and killed the 66-year-old man and

beat his wife. investigators spent the weekend analyzing evidence gathered at the home. they've not released a motive in this case. this morning, someone left flowers at the front door. we tried contacting people inside but nobody answered and returned the call. i'm joined by the captain. can you tell me what -- what is new next move in this case? what have you been doing? >> we're being assisted by numerous other agencies to bring the task force together to follow up on any leads that we have at this time. >> is one of the challenges, the crime scene, it was such a huge mansion and a lot to go over? >> that's one of the challenges. the main ez residence was over 7,000 -- the main residence was over 7,000 feet and we were there 24 hours doing the

initial investigation. >> have you talked to the wife? >> we've talked to her several times. we will continue to talk to her. she's traumatized and has been very helpful as our only witness. >> reporter: did re neek ris -- did she recognize any of the suspects -- >> we have the one sketch released. we are not releasing any other information on closing or masks. we just don't know. >> reporter: at this point, do we know this was a target or -- was a targeted or random crime? >> we really don't know at this point. it could be either way. we're just looking into every possibility keeping our mind open. >> reporter: thank you so touch, captain dave gravel. he's about to head back inside into that briefing to talk

[ sirens ] the chp says the driver got on interstate 8 0 towards oakland after failing to stop for a traffic violation. it lasted several miles before the driver got off the trip, spike strips were used to stop him on morago avenue near mountain view cemetery in piedmont. all lanes are reopened on 580 in richmond following a fatal accident. the chp says the pedestrian was hit and killed around 8:30 on westbound 580 near the haror way exit. authorities -- harbor way exit. authorities are looking into

why the person was on the freeway. the identity of the victim was not released. lawyers for the family police shooting victim oscar grant will ask an appeals court for permission to sue b.a.r.t. police officers. oscar grant was shot and killed by b.a.r.t. police officer johannes mehserle on the platform of b.a.r.t.'s fruitvale station on new year's day. at 9:00 this morning, two civil rights attorneys will argue before 9th court of appeals in san francisco that b.a.r.t. police officers should not receive legal immunity against a civil south followed by the grant family. last week, a court ruled to let the suit go board but it was appealed to the 9th circuit court of appeals. brian flores is in san francisco right now on a story

divide. while one of the drivers and three firefighters were standing on the right shoulder. another suv lost control and pushed another car into them. all of them were rushed to the hospital with major injuries. that big weekend storm brought a lot of problems to the south bay and utility workers and law enforcement worked overtime. a man, a woman and a child were stuck in that car after flooding on east capitol on mantague expressway. people are pumping water out of parks. a lot of people living in milpitas started to stock up an sand -- on stand bags. >> you know how storms are, they are very unpredictable. i think we're in good condition to tackle the next storm. in mountain view, a tree tapled down in the apartment. there -- toppled down in one

apartment. the rains are expected to hit tomorrow night and wednesday. heavy rains flooded the mobile home park in vallejo. it happened early yesterday morning in newell's city. a creek that surrounds the mobile home park overflowed. some of the homes in the path of the path were damaged. >> i tried to walk across to check on my neighbor and i almost had my neat knocked out from underneath me -- feet knocked out from underneath me. 8:37. concerns about a staffing shortage at san jose's waste water treatment plant will be discussed today. now a fourth of the technician jobs are vacant. later today, a report about the problem will be presented to the city council's transportation and environment committee. the public has been invited to a meeting tonight about the search for a new police chief

officers are recovering. their patrol car flipped over in the altamont pass. it happened around 3:00 this morning on 5 0 eastbound at the ail -- 580 eastbound. neither officer was seriously hurt. we're covering the damage done including a sinkhole in la fayette. it happened yesterday in mountain -- on mountain view drive. alex savidge has more. >> reporter: good morning. crews out here have finally fired up the heavy equipment and are trying to get this repair work all done here. well it should take several months. they have work to do today to dig out the debris. they are also pulling out big chunks of pavement from the sinkhole itself. that was all because of heavy rain. the creek that runs underthis roadway flooded and that caused the roadway to collapse. this is the la fayette creek that goes right under mountain

view drive. the huge sinkhole compromised. a gas line had to be capped immediately. a sewerline was broken. it had to be diverted. there was also a 12-inch water main that came close to rupturing but it didn't. the pipe that diverts the creek water got backed up. >> a number of logs, a whole bunch of debris from upstream, came down the creek, plugged the culvert, the water had nowhere to go but over the top and it created and eddy, which eroded the soil. crews worked quickly to put some fixes in place last night. they used the line to pump waste from one side of the sink hole to another to bypass that broken sewer line. they were successful as far as that goes. but we are told at this point, the city manager is assaying that this work will take several months. it lick lie won't be until

spring when they can rebuild this roadway. you can see they are just getting started this morning here. they have the excavator out. they are trying to get the debris out of the way. it will be many months before they can get all of this repair work done and get this roadway back open for people who live in the area. alex savidge, ktvu channel 2 news. it's 8:47. a member of the coast guard is dead and another member hurt after their boat was rammed off the southern california coast. they were investigating reports of smuggling off. channel islands. their small boat was rammed by a larger smuggler vote operating without lights. terrell horn and another person were thrown in the water. horn suffered traumatic head injuries and died. his crew mate was treated for minor injuries. two suspects have been detained. four people were found shot to death outside of a home in southern california. the bodies of two men and two women were found early

the fate of a controversial multi-million dollar soccer complex in san rafael may be decided. after more than seven years of research, officials will debate plans for a $6 million complex right near the san rafael airline -- airport. it would have an 86,000-square foot building with indoor soccer, a dance, and gymnastic area and a cafe with beer and wine. it would also have two outdoor turf fields. that meeting starts at 6:00. the golden state warriors hope fans bring toys with them to the game tonight. it's in support of the oakland mayor's community toy drive. you are asked to bring a new unwrapped toy of before the game tonight. the first 100 fans will receive a limited edition golden state photo for those who bring a toy. detroit's mayor is coming
